Dr. Hubert Zimmermann,

Dr. Hubert Zimmermann joined DYCONEX as CEO in July 2012.

Prior to DYCONEX he was Managing Director of Constellium Germany GmbH, formerly Alcan Holdings Germany GmbH. During his 10 years at Alcan he held a variety of senior management positions in different countries, including heading-up a product marketing unit in the aluminium extrusion business and as Plant Manager of Alcan Composites, Singen. Before that, he gained experience with a number of other companies and was an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Hubert received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich). In addition, he was awarded a Master of Business Administration (lic. oec. HSG) and a PhD in economics (Dr. oec. HSG) from the University of St. Gallen.


Urs Bopp,
VP Finance and Services

Urs Bopp joined DYCONEX in August 2017 as Vice President Finance and Services.

He gained profound experience in multinational mid-sized manufacturing companies such as the Baumann Group, Itema Sultex and Oerlikon ESEC in several managerial positions in Finance as well as in Research and Development.

Prior to joining DXCONEX he served 9 years as Head of Group Controlling for the Baumann Group, a Swiss family-owned enterprise with a global footprint and expertise in manufacturing of springs and stampings for the automotive, electrical and medical industry. From 2002 to 2007 he worked at Oerlikon, a global provider of premium equipment and solutions for the volume assembly of semiconductor and micro-technology devices.

Urs holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) as well as an EMBA in general management. In addition, he is qualified as Swiss Certified Expert for Accounting and Controlling.


Stephan Messerli,
VP Operations

Stephan Messerli took over the position of Vice President Operations at DYCONEX in January 2013.

Prior to that, he worked for DYCONEX for several years in a consulting function. In his professional career, which spans more than 30 years, Stephan has gathered extensive industrial experience in the areas of logistics, manufacturing and development. He served as line manager, project manager in plant engineering and senior advisor for a variety of international corporations.

Stephan earned a degree in precision engineering from Interstate University of Applied Sciences of Technology Buchs and pursued advanced studies in management at STV, the Swiss Engineering Professional Association.

Gloria Müller

Gloria Müller,
Director Human Resources

Gloria Müller joined DYCONEX in January 2006 as Director Human Resources.

With more than 20 years experience in Human Resources Management, she worked for several large international companies. This includes positions as Head Human Resources for Holcim Management and Consulting Ltd. and as Vice President Human Resources for Unaxis Assembly and Packing (former ESEC).

Gloria has a broad range of knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management. Her experience includes change and transition management, post merger integration, management development as well as all fields of operational HR.



Christian Beck,
Director Sales

Christian Beck joined DYCONEX in July 2014 and took on the position of Director Sales in October 2014.

During his previous career, Christian worked for international companies in business development and as a key account manager. His experience and knowledge cover all aspects of customer service as well as product and project management for industrial products. He gained his knowledge in the automotive, medical and electrical industries.

Christian holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technische Universität Berlin and a degree in business administration from the FernUniversität Hagen.


Dr. Hans-Peter Klein, Director Quality Management

Dr. Hans-Peter Klein joined DYCONEX in October 2009 as Director Quality Management. 

During his professional career, he worked in multinational companies including Siemens, Infineon and Qimonda as well as in a joint venture with IBM and he has more than 20 years experience in Semiconductor Quality Management.

He had several management positions and was assigned Vice President Quality Management for Memory Products within Infineon Technologies. Hans-Peter's broad experience includes Semiconductor Failure Analysis, Memory Modules Quality Management, Business Excellence Methods and Application Engineering.

Hans-Peter received his PhD in Metal Physics from University of Saarbrücken.
