Categories and scope of data acquired
In general, all users can review our web site and gather information without the need to provide personal data. In cases where users establish contact with us through online forms or register for a newsletter, they must provide at minimum personal data in those fields marked with an asterisk. Data is retained only as long as it is necessary for MST to fulfill its purposes, and data that is no longer required is deleted. MST makes appropriate security measures to guarantee the security of all data. MST limits access to confidential information to those employees who need it in order to fulfill MST's purposes.
According to the provisions of Art. 8 of the Federal Act on Data Protection, users can demand information indicating whether or not data affecting them is being processed and inspect said data. The use by third parties of published contact data such as postal addresses, telephone/fax numbers as well as e-mail addresses which are collected within the scope of those items listed in this imprint or mentioned in similar ways is not permitted for sending information that has not been specifically requested.
