Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS compatibility)

Given that European Union Directive 2002/95/EC1 regarding the "Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment" took effect on July 1, 2006, it is now mandatory that all materials used in such equipment, including printed circuit boards, comply with this regulation.

DYCONEX AG was an early adopter of the RoHS directive and ensures that all affected materials are in full compliance with the directive:

• lead (Pb)
• chromium (Cr6+)
• mercury (Hg)
• polybrominated biphenyls (PBB)
• cadmium (Cd)
