Dr. Hubert Zimmermann (born in 1965, Swiss citizen) joined DYCONEX as its CEO in July 2012. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Constellium Germany GmbH, formerly Alcan Holdings Germany GmbH. During his 10 years at Alcan he held a variety of senior management positions in different countries, including heading up a product marketing unit in the aluminium extrusion business and as Plant Manager of Alcan Composites, Singen. Before that, he gained experience with a number of other companies and was also an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Dr. Zimmermann received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich). In addition, he was awarded a master of business administration (lic. oec. HSG) and a PhD in economics (Dr. oec. HSG) from the University of St. Gallen. |

Jeannine Roth joined DYCONEX in December 2010 as Senior Accounting Manager. She has worked in various international industrial finance functions as well as in financial services. This included managerial positions in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Controlling and Management Consulting for SAP projects. Among other companies, she worked for KPMG, AXA-Winterthur, SCOR (former Converium) and Allianz Risk Transfer. Jeannine is a certified SAP Consultant for modules FI / CO / PP / IS-RE and holds several degrees in : Holistic Management, Controlling, Corporate Finance, International Accounting and Reporting (IFRS and US GAAP). |

Stephan Messerli, |
Stephan Messerli took over the position of Vice President Operations at DYCONEX in January 2013. Prior to that, he worked for DYCONEX for several years in a consulting function. In his professional career, which goes back more than 30 years, Stephan has gathered extensive industrial experience in the areas of logistics, manufacturing and development. He served as line manager, project manager in plant engineering and senior advisor for a variety of international corporations. Stephan earned a degree in precision engineering from Interstate University of Applied Sciences of Technology Buchs and pursued advanced studies in management at STV, the Swiss Engineering Professional Association. |

Gloria Müller joined DYCONEX in January 2006 as Director Human Resources. Gloria has more than 20 years experience in Human Resources Management. She has worked for several large international companies. This includes positions as Head Human Resources for Holcim Management and Consulting Ltd. and as Vice President Human Resources for Unaxis Assembly and Packing (former ESEC). Gloria has a broad range of knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management. Her experience includes change and transition management, post merger integration, management development as well as all fields of operational HR.

Christoph Hack, |
Christoph Hack joined DYCONEX in January 2013 as Director IT & Logistics. Prior to this, he served in managerial positions and consulting functions for a variety of international corporations in industry and the IT sector. His areas of expertise and many years of experience cover, among others, supply chain management, global SAP project management and consulting, optimization and improvement of business processes, implementation of lean management projects, development of methods as well as change management. Christoph completed his mechanical engineering studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg with a focus on process engineering. |

Stefan Hilfiker, |
Stefan Hilfiker joined DYCONEX in November 2009 as a Key Account Manager for Europe. In April 2011 he took on the position of Regional Sales Manager for EMEA and APAC. He has been responsible for sales at DYCONEX in his role as Director of Sales since March 2013. Stefan previously worked for various international companies as a key account manager. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects related to customer service and product management for sophisticated technical products that require intensive support. He acquired this knowledge in the automotive, medical and industrial sectors. Stefan has a diploma in business administration from the Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft HFW (a federally certified advanced business college) and additionally has various degrees in the areas of key account management, project management, executive management and electronics. |

Dr. Hans-Peter Klein, Director Quality Management |
Dr. Hans-Peter Klein joined DYCONEX in October 2009 as Director Quality Management. Hans-Peter received his PhD in Metal Physics from University of Saarbrücken. He has over 20 years experience in Semiconductor Quality Management. During his professional career, he worked in multinational companies including Siemens, Infineon and Qimonda as well as in a joint venture with IBM. He has several management positions and was assigned Vice President Quality Management for Memory Products within Infineon Technologies. |
