The Micro Systems Technologies Group (MST) has just opened a sales office in Singapore in September of this year. With this new branch office, existing customers in the Asia/Pacific region will be better served, and it will also be possible to meet the increasing demand in this region for innovative solutions from the MST Group.
With Mr. Gilbert Rodrigues, MST has been able to attract a staff member who is very familiar with the region and has many years of experience in the electronics sector.
Just prior to joining MST, Gilbert served as General Manager Business Development and Sales at MFS Technology in Singapore. His areas of responsibility included, besides developing new business segments, transferring new projects into volume production and the associated planning as well as refining the company’s business strategy and performing risk management. In previous positions, Gilbert worked with Motorola and Matsushita Electronics in Singapore in a variety of technical functions.
Gilbert holds a bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (USA).
